Ella Hewan is Potty Trained! Woo Hoo! For Mama Mia this ranks even higher than throwing out the high chair!
One month shy of her 3rd birtday and Miss E has decided to go all Big Girl in preparation for this next milestone: learning how to ride her tricylce and potty trained all in the past 10 days.
Potty Training kudos must go to Ella’s teacher, Miss Keisha. This lady has the magic potty training power. Last Monday, Miss Keisha told me to bring to bring in panties – that she was getting serious.
Since that day, there have been 2 – 3 small accidents but for all intents and purposes, everyone at our house uses panties and goes pee pee in the potty.
Mama Mia’s joy comes not only from the fact that she no longer has to spend 1/2 her paycheck on on pull-ups but more because the 1 carry-on size suitcase she and Ella are taking for their 10 day trip to Honduras mid-May will now actually allow Mama Mia to pack more than one outfit since it won’t be stuffed with pull-ups! Oh Joy! O Rapture!
